NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, at 3104 Magnolia Street in Pascagoula, Special Chancery Court Judge James D. Bell presiding, will conduct a hearing on the two motions set out herein, at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
- Motion of the Special Fiduciary for Entry of an Order Approving Changes to and Restatement of the [Retirement] Plan Document; and
- Motion of the Special Fiduciary for Entry of an Order Approving Certain Out-of-Scope Fees for the [Retirement] Plan Administrator.
