An important notice has been mailed to all plan participants regarding the litigation with KPMG and Transamerica. Please watch for that in the mail or view it here. Note that there was a typographical error on the notice and the correct phone number to reach me is 816-455-9030. My apologies for any confusion.

Please mark your calendars for Friday, November 20th at 7:00 pm. I will be presenting via Zoom to give you an update on the financial status of the Plan and to answer questions from you.

I apologize that I am unable to visit this year in person, but the health and well being of plan participants is of the utmost importance to me. I hope that you can join me in this virtual format. A recording of this meeting will be made available here as well.
