To: All Participants of the Singing River Health System Employees’ Retirement Plan and Trust
Dear Plan participants,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to share a few updates with you.
First – Please mark your calendars for the afternoon of Friday, November 16th. I will be presenting at two meetings on that day to give you an update on the financial status of the Plan and to answer questions.
I’ll be meeting with participants who are still employed at SRHS. That meeting will be at the Ocean Springs Hospital, Education Center – 2nd Floor from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Then I’ll be meeting with Retirees and other plan participants or beneficiaries at the Pelican Landing Conference Center, 6217 MS-613, Moss Point, MS from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
These meetings will be videotaped and made available via this website for those who cannot attend in person. I hope to see you there.
Second – Participants still employed at SRHS:
If you have not received your packet of personalized information, please contact us so that we can assist with getting you your information.
We have begun processing all completed election forms that have been received. The timeframe for this process is about 3-4 weeks from the time you send in your forms to the time you receive payment. E-mail is the best way to check the status of your refund. Troy Miller is your direct point of contact for information. His e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
