To: Currently Employed Participants of the Singing River Health System Employees’ Retirement Plan and Trust

Dear Plan participants,

I wanted to post an update for those of you who are considering or who have already elected to receive a return of employee contributions.

At this point, if you have not received your packet of information and you are currently working, please contact us so that we can assist with getting you your information.

We have begun processing all completed election forms that were received as of this morning. I have contacted Transamerica and they anticipate checks going out on or about September 15th.

We will be processing forms received about every two weeks.

I appreciate your patience with this process. I will continue to post updates about the processing as they become available.

If anyone has further questions about this option or about their benefits in the Plan, please contact me.
