Dear Plan Participants,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I pray this letter finds you and your families safe and well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I received the attached letter (below) from Singing River Health System this morning with a request that it be shared with you. Please see below for more news from SRHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REMINDER:<\/strong> I want to make you aware of an upcoming hearing in Judge Bell\u2019s Court. The hearing will be conducted at 9am on Monday, June 29, 2020,<\/strong> in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, located at 3104 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The court ordered this hearing after receiving my April report where I shared the results of the interim valuation we did as of April 1. The report is posted here, as is my May report. I expect to give the judge an update as of the end of June, answer any questions he may have, and discuss potential recommendations and options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
